Fire and Ice Ball - benefitted the Revlon/UCLA Women's Cancer Research Fund - 1990-2000
The Fire and Ice galas began as a fundraiser to speed along the research for a cure for breast cancer became a hugely successful event. The event raised over 1,000,000 for the development of Herceptin, the revolutionairy breast cancer drug. With our logistical support, the number of sponsorships increased exponentially each year from the fundraiser's inception in 1990 to its final gala in 2000.
Howard Hughes Center - Freeway Ramp Opening Ceremony - 1994
Summa Corporation contracted with TAI Events to manage the logistics of the Opening Ceremony for the newly built 405 San Diego Freeway on-ramp. TAI was able to successfuly coordinate not only the registration of guests and honorees, but also a motorcade featuring vintage cars and state-of-the-art fuel efficient cars. TAI also managed the logistics of the numerous information booths throughout the event on new alternatives to traditional transportation.
Budget Management
In the Spirit of the Game - benefitted the Professional Baseball Scouts Foundation - 2007-2009
Founded to create a support network for the often forgotten baseball scouts and their families. Through the budgeting management and assistance of TAI Events, the event was able to increase fundraising sponsorships from past year's, while coming in well below prior years' budgets in vendor, printing, and other expenses, cutting unnecessary expenses almost across the board.

The Harold Pump Foundation
“The Harold Pump Foundation was created to raise funds to combat cancer by creating awareness, establishing treatment programs and by helping to find a cure for this disease.”
TAI Events was contracted by the directors of the Pump Foundation, David and Dana Pump, in 2005, in an effort to ramp up the foundation's outreach and intake of donations and interest. Since then, TAI Events has been successfully managing both the Foundation's yearly celebrity dinner and golf tournament, and every day matters such as budget management, banking, telephone and electronic communication, and sponsorship outreach. TAI also manages meetings and voting for the Harold Pump Foundation's Board of Directors.
